Signature’s Housekeeping training program demonstrates and enhances the importance of offering 'quality service' through direct and indirect tasks as well as the value of being 'pro-active' with guests.

During the technical part of the program, the participants practice and understand the procedures for cleaning rooms as described in the hotel’s operating manual.

The program includes practical demonstrations, role plays as well as theory of proactive guest service.
